At High Five, we want you to be fully satisfied with your tech. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your High Five account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Place the product in its original packaging including all chargers, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund without restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
